Shipping rates are calculated via Canada Post. Canada-wide shipping is available. For information regarding International shipping, please contact by email : soulfull.contact@gmail.com. 

Standard shipping rate of $4.00 CAD for packages under 3 items or less
Packages that contain 4 items or more will have a shipping cost of $14.00 CAD
Orders that are $99 CAD or more will qualify for FREE SHIPPING

Due to the unique circumstances  with regards to COVID -19, delays with respect to letter mail, packages, and parcels are to be expected. Items may be held for a period of time either at mailing centres or at customs. Please be patient and make note that once an item has left my possession, any complications or delays that occur during shipping are not my responsibility and beyond my control. Please feel free to contact me directly by email (soulfull.contact@gmail.com) with any concerns regarding postage delays or to discuss other options if needed. 

Local pickup in Kanata, Ontario is available with proper COVID-19 protocols put into place. Please contact directly before placing an order if you wish to arrange local pickup. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SOULFULL pieces are created custom to you and with the intention of lasting a lifetime.  Given that all pieces are bespoke, returns are not accepted and all sales are final. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the sizing of your new piece, a sizing adjustment can be made at no additional cost.  If the item needs to be returned to SOULFULL by post, the cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise noted.  Most rings can be custom made to range from sizes 4-12, including half sizes.  Please contact SOULFULL directly through email or direct message within 14 days of your piece arriving to address any questions or concerns regarding adjustments. Returning your items by post carries an inherent  risk and remains the customer’s responsibility until it has reached the return address. Please return any item using a trusted carrier.
